InboxEx is a new powerful and freeware add-in for Outlook which provides you with better search and other advanced options. It is supported on Outlook 2010 and 2007 and provides you with fast email search of all inboxes including events, meetings. You can also do search results refining by topic, content, sender, recipient, type, dates and attachments. You can synchronize your calendar with Google Calendar making it easy to schedule meetings and calls, inside and outside your company.
The add-in populates inside Outlook as a sidebar and shows the details for each email selected. You can do powerful search and then group search results by subject, body text, sender, type, data and attachments etc. You can directly open the emails from the search results using the links. There is option to sync your Outlook calendar with Google by providing your Google account.
You can easily schedule calls and meetings with any contact using this tool with pre-filled conference information. There is also option for email archiving and the add-in automatically archives all mails, events, meetings. You can reduce inbox size by optionally removing aged mails from Inbox after archived.
