CloudBerry Twitter plug-in, TweetIE is a free plugin for Internet Explorer which helps you to post excerpts from the websites you visit with a click of the button and attach a short URL to the source page. Previously we had mentioned about Twitter Accelerator for IE8, but this plugin will work in IE7 as well. The Twitter plugin is very easy to use as well and helpful for people who share website features.
Once you have installed the plugin, you can activate it by right clicking on the toolbar section. A button will be available once you have activated it.
To tweet, select the text from any webpage and click on the Tweet button. The plugin will automatically generate the shortened URL along with text selected in a box.
TweetIE is currently in beta and does not work via proxies that requires authentication. TweetIE is definitely worth trying plugin for IE, if you are a Twitter user.
I’m using the Twitter not long ago but this pretty plugin awaked my interest. It is so easy to install and try! I am glad I found this post and now I became a user of Tweetie!
