Life Rocks! 2.0 has a New Look
As mentioned in my previous post, I was working on a theme for this blog for quite some time. As I was not able to find time to get it working, it took me more than a month to get the theme running. Well, I’m not a php expert although I had learned it few years back, so there could be bugs in this theme.
So presenting the new look of Life Rocks! 2.0.
Features of new theme;
- Better layout of posts and excerpts
- Better readability
- Improved navigation and much more
- Theme tested in IE6, IE7, Firefox, Safari, Flock and Opera.
Please share your views on the new theme and also report any bugs and issues like alignment etc. Also, any new suggestions and improvements also welcome.

Excellent nirmal … great design..Its look very very professional. One doubt .. how did you do that tabs on the sidebar .. is it javascript or any wordpress plugin ?? Rest all looks really great… Good work ..

The font is Trebuchet MS and I feel its a standard font and same as the one in my earlier theme. I think its showing diffrently in MAC.

The theme is fabulous Nirmal! Well designed I must say! I just wanted to point out that the signup to receive updates image on the top has a mis spelling!!

Awesome Nirmal.
This theme is simple unique. Different from those usual 2-3 column themes. Header is really looking nice.
The banner ad in header may be shifted slightly upwards to better align it with your tag line under “Life Rocks 2.0″.
These days I am struggling to find time for blogging at a regular pace. So couldn’t visit your blog often.

No Nirmal, the font (both in posts and comments) looks difference now. Earlier it looked fine (I was on Mac that time too), but it’s weird and not easy on the eyes.
Just try to view your site in Mac, you’ll know what I’m talking about.

tested using firefox/XP
in the homepage the small topics of each post which have multiline are cut in the second line…

Looks impressive, especially the homepage. The sitemeter chicklet inside the footer is flooding out. Try adding display:none; to hide it.
