Google Chrome is now one of the most popular web browsers available today and it is available across multiple platforms like Windows, Mac, Android, iOS etc. Google has been adding more and more features to Chrome and the number of extensions available is also good. Now Google has made available the Google Chrome Launcher for Windows.
Launcher, as the name indicates, allows you to launch the Google web apps as well as apps installed quickly from Google Chrome. So instead of manually typing the URL, you can quickly launch apps using the Chrome Launcher.
What does launcher do?
- Launch your apps from the desktop.
- Sign into all apps that use Google identity.
- Sync your apps, bookmarks, history, passwords, and other settings across devices.
As you can see from the image, you can search for apps in case you have lot of them installed
The launcher adds an icon to the taskbar on Windows to quickly launch the app. You can also sign into your account from the launcher.
