Although all the mobile devices allows you to keep updated with contacts and also there is Outlook 2010 to manage your contacts, it is nice to have a simple tool to have your contacts in one place. FxContacts is simple freeware tool which allows you add and manage contacts on your desktop. FxContacts is pretty simple and easy to use and works on Adobe Air. You can add any number of contacts and also edit or delete them any time.
When you add a contact, you need to specify the mobile number, email and name which are mandatory fields. You can also specify a photo for the contact.
While the app looks good, there are many shortcomings like there is no option to import contacts from other services. Also there are very few fields to add to contact information.
