Microsoft has already released the beta version of Windows Live Essential wave 4. The Windows Live Essentials website provides you only option to download web installer. Using the Web installer, you need to download each and every program when it is being installed. Liveside has found the full installer of Windows Live Essentials Wave 4 beta version. You can download the full installer, if you want to install all programs.
The full installer (offline installer) has download size of about 168MB, so proceed to download if you need all the programs and you have not installed it, otherwise it is exactly the same version as what you had downloaded via the web installer.
