When you are reading a Word 2010 document which has lots of pages, you can switch to full screen reading. The advantage of using full screen reading in Word 2010 is that you get more screen space especially if you are using a Netbook. Full Screen view disables all the ribbon and toolbars and only provides you with minimal options. You can of course increase the text size.
To enable full screen reading in Word 2010, select the View tab in the ribbon and under the document views group, you can see the option “Full Screen Reading”.
When you click this option, Word 2010switches to full screen mode with minimal options.
This facilitates for better readability in Word 2010. In case you want to switch back, click the close button located at the top right corner and Word switches back to default layout.
