SoapNotifier is a simple notification service which will let you know if your website is running and is accessible to user or not. In case your website or blog goes down or is not accessible due to any reasons, then SoapNotifier will popup an alert message informing about this. Soap Notifier is a very simple and basic utility.
Another cool feature of SoapNotifier is that it has a timer that can check your web services or website is accessible or not periodically. The default value of this timer is 60 seconds and you can change it to your custom value based on monitor frequency you require.
