PicPick is a freeware tool, available for download for Windows 10, which allows you to capture scrolling screenshots in Windows 10. Once you have downloaded and installed the app (also available in portable edition), you can see the main interface. Here you will see a lot of options for screen capture and one of them is scrolling Window.
This feature is particularly useful for long websites and you can easily capture the whole of a website in one shot.
