CCFinder is a freeware app for Windows which allows you to search for images with creative commons license.
The app has a simple UI where you can input the keywords for search and then select the image license type. You can filter the search criteria as well. Once the results are available, you can click on the image to download them, visit the original website or even set them as wallpaper.
