Most of the time when you receive an email with multiple recipient in the to field or cc field, while reply you accidently end up sending only to the sender. CodeTwo Outlook Reply All Reminder is a freeware add-in for Outlook 2010 which prevents you from unintentional replying to just one person, while you are responding to a group message that includes more recipients in the To: or Cc: fields. After you press the Reply button when responding to such message, the program will let you decide if you want to send the e-mail to one or all original recipients of the message.
The application does not have any options in the add-ins section, but it acts when you click the reply button for a group email. You get the options to continue with reply or choose Reply all or cancel it completely.
When you select the Reply all option, all the email addresses in the original email is added to the reply.
