Most of the occasions, when we want to share a document or presentation it might take up huge space, especially the ones with media in it. PocoDoc Lite is a nice freeware tool which allows you to compress documents so that the size on disk is reduced without having to lose any formatting. PocoDoc is an advanced optimization tool which cuts the bloat, making your files smaller, faster and more manageable. You can manage your documents files using this tool.
The desktop app is very simple and it has an option to select the document and set the optimization level. The document will be uploaded to PocoDoc servers for optimizing and you will find a notice when you start the optimization process.
Once the optimization is complete, you get a notification the file is compressed and it also shows the original size as well as the optimized size of documents.
PocoDoc Lite supports the following MS Office and other file formats:

- Word: DOC and DOCx
- Excel: XLS and XLSx
- PDF: Portable Document Format
