Minimalist for Facebook is a Google Chrome extension which allows you to remove unwanted elements from Facebook and also customize it with your themes and colors. You can customize the Facebook themes, toolbars (remove unwanted elements), navigational links, sidebar and the main interface.
There are many customization on offer when using the theme and these can be accessed from the options page, once you change the settings, just refresh the Facebook page to see it in action. You can easily switch to full width format and change the background and color for Facebook.
Apart from this, you can even make the toolbar to be floating one which saves screen space.
