We had previously covered the HTC style clock app for Windows and now we have another freeware clock app for Windows- Horloger. Horloger is an advanced clock for Windows 7 and windows Vista and it looks similar to the HTC clock, but this is customizable with skins. You can create your own skin for the clock and display it on the desktop. You can display the hours, minutes and also seconds.
Using the settings menu, you can change the theme of the clock (Settings menu accessible by right clicking on the app). You can also make the app transparent on the desktop.
If you have not locked the app, you can specify the manual position of the clock on the desktop.
