In such situations, WebWallPaper will be able to help you, it is a freeware tool which can automatically download wallpapers and then change the wallpaper on your desktop. It fetches random images from InterfaceLift.com, Photo Of Day from National Geographic and also NASA Image of Day. Once installed, it leaves three shortcuts on your desktop, you can run these to start rotating with the wallpaper.
You can also access these from the start menu of Windows. The application is not compatible with Windows 7, but you can easily run it in compatibility mode for Windows XP or Vista. The application fetches wallpapers automatically based on your screen resolution, so the images are always in good quality. Below is a sample wallpaper downloaded by the app.
