Previously we had written about a Firefox Add-on Empty Cache, which does the job of cleaning cache in Firefox quickly. Clear Cache Button is another useful add-on for Firefox which adds a toolbar icon for quickly and easily clearing the cache in Firefox. Once installed, you can clear the cache with just a single click. This extension will not directly add the clear cache button to your toolbar. Rather, it will add the button to the toolbar customization panel.
To add the clear cache button, right click on the top portion of Firefox and click customize. This will open the toolbar dialog and you can find the clear cache button and then drag it onto the toolbar.
Once the icon is available in the toolbar, you can click the button to clear the cache.
A simple, but yet useful add-on to clean cache in Firefox.
