ZScreen is an open-source screen capture freeware for Windows, but unlike other free tools for screen capture, this one can upload screenshots, pictures, text & files and put the URL in your clipboard in a single keystroke. There are variety of services available to upload your images to. You can set your own hotkeys for image capture. The tool has pretty good options and features and they are neatly arranged in tabs.
Apart from the tons of features it has to offer, it comes with Windows 7 superbar integration. You can get quick access to a couple of tasks available in ZScreen by hovering over the ZScreen icon in the taskbar. It even comes with support for Windows 7 Jumplists.
