I thought it should be a totally free PDF program, but feel disappointed about the saying “restriction of 5 PDF files to merge and 50 pages to split PDF.” I have searched another merge/split PDF tool (PDFMate Free PDF Merger) that is better than this one in my mind. At least, it does not have any limitation. And the interface is much more concise than the mentioned one in the article.
