Google search by default lists only the websites in search results. SearchPreview is a Google Chrome extension which brings in preview images (thumbnails) to Google search result. This extension is also available for Firefox. You can see a preview image of every search result before you click. The SearchPreview servers creates and serve the preview images. All you need is to install the plugin and next time you search Google, you can see the thumbnails generated.
Clicking on the image also navigates you to the same search results.
