Thumbnail Generator is a free application to create thumbnails of folders of images. You can specify the folder which contains the images and then enter the width and height of the thumbnails to be created. You can select the background color by clicking on the background Color box. This is the color used to make the image up to the required size if the shapes are different. The scaling of the image will always retain its size ratio.
Apart from this, you can also add a watermark to the thumbnails which is again customizable by changing the font, size, color etc. You can create thumbnails either in single image mode or batch processing.
When creating thumbnails, you can specify the file prefix as well as the format, JPEG and Bitmaps are supported.
