Easily Disable and Enable Windows Features with Mini Regedit
If you are working on a computer where you are not an administrator and many features have been blocked by administrator, then you can try using Mini Regedit. It is lightweight freeware application that can restore some of the tools of Windows that is blocked by an administrator or a virus.
