The TagCopy is a freeware application which is designed to be a small tool that copies AlbumArtists tag to Composer tag in .mp3, .m4a, and .mp4 files. With this simple and easy to use utility, you can actually copy the artist information which is available in the file if any to the composer tag. With a click of the button, composer tag is populated with the artist tag already available for the file.
The usage is pretty simple, drag a folder onto the main grid area. All .mp3, .m4a, and .mp4 files from the main directory and all sub-directories will populate the grid. Use the Copy Artist to Composer button to copy the artist tag to the composer tag. Use the Delete Composer button to delete the composer tag, should you need to for any reason.
