Do these work with vista 64-bit ultimate? If they don’t can you please suggest where to download dark themes that will work with vista 64-bit ultimate.

You will have to check with authors to know whether they work in 64 bit edition.
Cool theme, Nirmal! But I’m starting to hate Vista for some reason! May be affected by Mac advertising videos which I watch them at Youtube! 🙂
