Free Personal Information Management (PIM) Utility
Total Organizer is a free Personal Information Manager (PIM) utility which helps you organize and plan your business and personal life. It gives you reminder about your planned things so that you wont miss any of your activities. The best part of this organizer is that it allows you to store all of your contacts, tasks (calendar), notes, and to-do lists divided into tree-structured categories.
In the main window, you can add/edit tasks and schedule them. You can add description and deadline for the activity as well as organize it in folders.
Once the task reaches the time, you get a reminder similar to one in Outlook and you can opt to remind you later, edit or cancel the item.
Apart from this you can import contacts as CSV files so that you can assign activities against contacts in your address book. You can also create folders and sub folders, there by opening a folder, you can see all the items inside it and categorize activities.
Total Organizer is a good Calendar, organizer, to-do list, notebook and contact manager software (PIM) software.
