VEMoDe (Video Encoder for Mobile Devices) is a free software for converting videos from various formats to portable videos. It can convert videos to iPod touch, iPhone and other mobile devices like PSP, Palm Pocket PC etc. The converter has a preview mode of videos being converted.
You select the video to be converted from your PC and then select the device for which video has to be optimized. You can also control various other settings for the video.
