BurnOn is a free CD and DVD burning software for which supports both XP and Vista. Looks good ..and its free too !…However will have to check if it does have almost all the features which Nero has.
Looks like BurnOn is actually a re-branded version of Grab&Burn, another software title by Rocket Division Software (again!). And StarBurn NISMO had kindly referenced is Grab&Burn successor

Looks like Burn On only does data discs and audio, not actual DVD burning.
