BurnOn is a free CD and DVD burning software for which supports both XP and Vista. Apart from burning CDs/DVDs, BurnOn also does other jobs like split DVD-Video movies, extract data and audio tracks from CD/DVD media to individual files on your hard disk and backup and duplicate unencrypted CD/DVD media. Looks good ..and its free too !…However will have to check if it does have almost all the features which Nero has.
Looks like BurnOn is actually a re-branded version of Grab&Burn, another software title by Rocket Division Software (again!). And StarBurn NISMO had kindly referenced is Grab&Burn successor

Looks like Burn On only does data discs and audio, not actual DVD burning.
