Google has been very keen on making websites mobile friendly and they have already mentioned that search results on mobile phones will only feature websites which are mobile friendly. Google has launched a new tool called Think with Google where in you can enter your webpage and check the speed and also the mobile friendliness of your webpage.
You just need to enter the URL and the webpage shows the report in three categories- Mobile Friendliness, Mobile Speed and Desktop speed.
You can scroll down to see each of the report and get an idea what needs to be fixed on your website to improve rankings. These tweaks can make your website faster and also helps in improving the rankings on search.
There is also an option to get a detailed report emailed to you. You can analyse the report and fix issues which needs immediate attention.
With more and more people going mobile, it is high time webmasters took note of making the sites faster for mobile phones.
