MetroTwit is a very popular Twitter app for Windows and they have now released a dedicated metro UI style Twitter app for Windows 8. MetroTwit celebrates an elegant and clean user interface that’s beautiful to look at and a pleasure to read. The app is currently a preview version, so expect more features coming in the future versions. MetroTwit is pretty neatly designed using up the space and also works well. The app allows you to upload photos and also capture photos using webcam.
