Sometimes when you play media files (AVI), it gets struck or freeze while playback and does not move ahead resulting in you not able to watch the clip. This happens because of bad frames in between the files resulting in the video playback getting struck or freeze. DivXRepair is a freeware and portable app for Windows which can repair such files. Using DivXRepair, you can repair corrupt avi files and eliminate freezes. This program automatically detects and eliminates bad frames.
You can add the files which needs to be repaired and start the process. The app will scan through the video file and then eliminate the bad frames. DivXRepair cuts off the bad parts and re-assembly the avi file. The bad parts of avi are undecodable frames or the freezing frames.
