There are many free tool available to clean up your PC like AppCleaner, Windisk, System Ninja and DrivePurge. Jet Clean is another freeware tool for Windows which lets you clean up junk files from your PC, protects your privacy and gives your PC a fresh look. It includes a registry cleaner, Windows cleaner, Apps cleaner, start up optimizer, registry defrag, RAM cleaner, Internet optimization and boosting etc.
Note: This app has a registry cleaner, please make sure you take a backup of your registry before attempting any repairs.
The one click scanner performs scan on your registry, Windows, apps, shortcuts and RAM and reports the errors and problems. The tools tab has options to uninstall the programs, one good feature is that there is a separate option for toolbars installed on your PC.
The app is supported on Windows 7 on both 32 bit and 64 bit versions and is currently in beta phase.
