The app comes in 4 sections (three tabs) mainly general tweaks, Network tweaks, service tweaks and visual tweaks. General tweaks are directly related to the PC. Networking tweaks involves tweaks related to connect to a network and what all features are enabled or disabled. The services tweaks are for Windows services and to optimize their performance.
Finally the visual tweaks related to themes and effects available in Windows.
When the program is run for the first time it will backup all the registry keys it changes into a backup.reg file. This way if you can always restore the registry keys in case you messed up with any settings. The app is available in portable format as well.
