Website Load Tool is a freeware app written in C# for Windows which allows webmasters to check the website load time and also uptime. If you are a webmaster, you can enter multiple websites for checking the uptime and also network stability. The check interval can be set and it provides you with details on whether the load was success or a failure. You can configure which websites/URLs you want to download from. Double -click in the datagrid in the configuration window to set names and URLs.
