Google Tasks is a one of the services from Google which offers you the ability to keep a list of things to do. Although the service is web based, you can easily access the tasks from desktop using this free app. Google Tasks desktop (app not developed by Google) is a simple freeware tool based on Adobe Air which allows you to view and manage your tasks from your desktop. You can view/edit/add/delete tasks without your browser.
Once installed, you need to login with your Google ID and then it shows the list of tasks you have created and also allows you to create. The app in fact loads Google tasks inside the window and gets you the feel of a desktop app.
As the app runs on Adobe Air, you need to have the runtime installed on your PC.
