Whenever you want to move from one Windows installation to another, the user profile data is one important thing. The user profile data includes My Documents, Pictures, Videos etc. Backup Utility is nice freeware tool which can backup your Windows user profile data easily with a click of a button. The application is compatible with Windows 7 as well. You can selectively take a backup of user profile folders.
Using the tool, you can take a backup of

- My Music
The application specifies a folder for backup, but you can always change the default location of backup. The application will create folders automatically if necessary. The files are backed up in same format which means the application retains all the folder and file structure and you can access them directly.
There is no option to add custom folders for backup nor to remove any folders from the list. The utility is pretty good to back up user profile data.
