The application has four options in the main interface, first one is the emergency kit scanner, which is basically a disk cleaner and cleans your PC for infected viruses.

Finally there is the Blitzblank, which deletes files, Registry entries and drivers which are infected, at boot time before Windows and all other programs are loaded.
