Most of the time, installation files include icons of different types which are needed for the application, but these are not accessible to the user. Icon Extractor is a freeware tool which allows you to extract icons from any file. The icons could be extracted in simple two steps, just browse for the file and then click on save. The application can save the icon in .ico,.cur,.jpg or .bmp format.
Once you have selected the files, you can see the icon which can be extracted using the tool.
