FBNotifier shows Desktop Alerts for Facebook Messages and Notifications

Facebook growth as the best social networking site continues and recently they have announced new features as well. If you are active on Facebook, probably you would get lots of messages and notifications about comments, new friend requests etc. For this every time you have to login to the browser to check it. But with FBNotifier, you can get all the Facebook alerts from messages and notifications right in your system tray.

You can set the update interval, minimum being 20 secs. There is also option to set the notification animation style.

FB Options

It displays an icon in your system tray to let you know you have something new, without you having to open a web browser.

    This truly has now become the age of information overload where every device is connected 🙂

    Gmail desktop notifier, calendar entries, task lists and so on – best is to declutter such that personal and professional segments are isolated.

    Good FB tool by the way.
