Qsel is a simple and portable freeware tool which is a program launcher for Windows. Apart from quickly launching applications, it also can be used to easily access most used documents and other files. Qsel is portable and the configuration data are stored in the Qsel directory by default. All the settings are stored in an INI file and no Registry entries needed. For USB flash drives the extra shortcut tool ShortExe (included) can be used to start Qsel from the root directory.
