vDrive is a simple and handy freeware application which allows you to easily mount any directory on your PC as a virtual drive. You can mount any directory from Windows using the context menu (right click menu) using this tool. Once you install vDrive, it adds an entry for mounting the directory as virtual drive. You can name your virtual drive with your own letter.
There is option to map the drive permanently which means even after restart the drive is available or you can make it temporary for the current session.
