You access lots of files from various folders on your PC, but when you want to find out when you accessed which file from any folder, there aren’t any direct way. Recent Files is a simple freeware tool for Windows (with support for Windows 7) which can access all the recent accessed files in any folder. The application installs in context menu and allows you easily access files with date accessed.
You can configure the settings from the options. Recent Files extends the context menu for every folder so you can review the recently opened files in that folder, regardless of the programs that accessed them and before opening any of those programs.
The list of recently accessed files is not always accurate due to limitations of file systems in recording the last access time for files.
