BulkFileChanger is a simple freeware utility which allows you to change file properties. This simple tool lets you to change created/modified/accessed time, change their file attribute (Read Only, Hidden, System), run an executable with these files as parameter, and copy/cut paste into Explorer. Whats more important is that this tool allows you to select multiple files from different folders for modifying.
You can add multiple files from different locations into the application. Using the Actions menu, you can change the attributes of all these selected files.
You can also simply copy files from Explorer window (Ctrl+C) and then paste them into BulkFileChanger (Ctrl+V). The application is completely portable and does not require any installation.
