We had covered a free tool Your Menu which has the ability to add custom menus to Windows Context menu (right click menu). FContext Tweaker is a freeware tool which allows you to add your own items to Windows context menu. Once you run the application in administrator mode, it provides option to add a program, link or a file to the Windows context menu.
From the menu, you can add a program, link or a file location to the context menu. You need to specify the details like location, text and an icon for URL, file or the program.

Using this tool, you can edit the context menu in Windows Vista and Windows 7, make sure you run in administrator mode for making the changes.
