Memory Monitor is a simple freeware utility program that monitors memory usage on your computer under Windows. It is particularly useful for troubleshooting memory problems by allowing you to determine which application do not free up memory when they are done using it. This program requires no DLLs or other support files and is completely portable, all you need is to copy the program to your hard drive and run it.
The application runs from the system tray and keeps you known about the memory usage. As the memory load increases, additional indicators “light up”. Yellow and red indicators light up when a high percent of memory is in use.
Holding the mouse over the icon, a tool tip shows the current memory load. This is a number between 0 and 100 that is an indicator of the amount of memory currently in use where 0 is no memory and 100 is high memory usage.
