Flickr has an property by which you can photos can be geo tagged. You can assign the location country etc for the photos. GeoReversr is a simple freeware tool which can actually create tags from the assigned geo names. This tool will create tags from related geonames for your photos in order to greatly improve their search ability. You need to authenticate this tool to access Flickr photos to assign tags to them.
