When we save files in Word, Excel, Photoshop or other popular application, we are presented with numerous file formats, most of which we never use. Because of the big list of formats, it might be difficult to find the one which you are actually looking for. Formats Customizer is a unique way to remove document types that are not used from application file dialogs for the commands: “Open”, “Save”, “Import”, “Export”. You can easily remove the formats which are not used by you.
The formats will be populated only after you run the open command and save command in respective application. You can uncheck the commands which you do not want to populate and click the apply button.
Currently this freeware tool supports Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Corel PHOTO-PAINT, QuarkXPress, Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office Power Point, Microsoft Paint.
