It can calculate the time required or the speed required to download a particular file size.
You can enter one or more parameters and get the third one calcuated. This utility should be useful to find the speed or time required to download any particular file size. The connection speeds are available in Kilo, Mega and Giga bytes or bits. You can specify the file size in Kilo, Mega, Giga and Terabytes.
The utility is just 44kb in size and does not require any installation.
