The latest build of Windows 7 which was leaked recently is the 7068 and similar to the previously leaked build 7057, this one also contain many new wallpapers, user pictures. Paul from Jcxp Forums has extracted the wallpapers and user pictures from this latest 7068 leaked build. This build does not contain any new sound schemes.
To use the user pictures, you need to copy them to the folder below.
