The interface of AMR to MP3 Converter is dead simple and it has 2 tabs, one for AMR to MP3 and second MP3 to AMR. Select the type of conversion and then add files using the add button. You can select more than one files at a time. Once selected, you can click convert button.
This application is completely free of cost and available for download for Windows XP and Vista.
