PowerPoint Join is a handy freeware tool designed to help you easily merge your presentations and create personalized presentations. Given a text file with a list of PowerPoint charts, PowerPoint Join will combine them all into a single presentation. The tool is very simple and easy to use and does not require any installation.
How to Join Multiple Presentations
1. Download the pptjoin-0.2 zip file and extract it.
2. Run the file pptjoin.hta. Create a text file with a list of all presentations to be joined and save it in the same location as of the PowerPoint presentations. (NB: All presentation files should be at the same location/folder)
3. Click the browse button and select the .txt file which lists all the names of the presentations to be joined. Click on the link to combine the presentations.
Once it is converted, it will show the number of slides joined and also the location of the combined file. PowerPoint join is a pretty handy tool to join multiple presentations quickly and easily.
