Few days back we had written about some beautiful themes for Windows Vista based on Aero effects. Here is another theme for Windows Vista based on Windows Seven OS and created by Vishal. This theme was created based on the request from few people.
1. New Taskbar similar to Windows Seven (although the actual look of Windows 7 is not known).
2. Transparent titlebar in Maximized windows. Note that the titlebar has glass even in maximized windows which you’ll never get in any 3rd party Vista theme.
3. New Shellstyle in Control Panel similar to Windows Seven.

That is TOTALLY misinformed. You can have the “Max-Glass” effect in ALL themes if u use VistaGlazz to patch your computer, rather than messing it up by replacing important files.
